The Authority is responsible for investigating market behaviour that does not meet the Wholesale Market Objectives.

Rule Participants of the WEM can notify the Authority or the Independent Market Operator of any behaviour that reduces the effectiveness of the market.

The Authority will investigate any notification it receives and publish the results on this web site.
