The following guidelines have been produced by the Authority:
Access Arrangement Information Guidelines
When a service provider submits to the Authority a proposed access arrangement, or revisions to its current access arrangement, it must also submit access arrangement information. Access arrangement information is information that enables the Authority (and other interested parties) to understand how elements of the access arrangement have been derived and form an opinion as to whether it complies with the Access Code.
Under section 4.5 of the Access Code the Authority may publish guidelines setting out in further detail what information must be included in access arrangement information. Access arrangement information submitted more than three months after guidelines are published must comply with the published guidelines.

Regulatory Test Guidelines
The Authority is required under section 9.17 of the
Access Code to publish its requirements for major augmentation proposals, to ensure that it receives sufficient information to enable it to efficiently and effectively apply the regulatory test.
Major augmentation proposals outline the details of major network augmentations that are subject to the regulatory test - an assessment of whether a proposed major augmentation to a covered network maximises the net benefit after considering alternative options.
