Unofficial Consolidated Version of the Access Code

The Office of Energy has prepared an unofficial consolidated version of the Code and subsequent amendments, which is available from the Office of Energy .

Consumer Price Index Adjustments

Where the Access Code refers to an amount being "CPI Adjusted", the Authority is required to adjust the amount from 1 July each year and publish the figure. The following CPI adjustments have been made:
