The Authority officially supports the following web browsers for browsing the Authority's web site:

Please note the Authority's web site has been designed for optimised browsing at a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher.

Viewing Documents
Document-based information published on the Authority's web site is primarily made available in PDF (Portable Document Format) files. In order to read PDF files you will require the free Adobe Reader software package, which is available to download from the Adobe web site at www.adobe.com/products/reader/.
Increase Text Size on Web Pages
You can increase the text size of the pages comprising the Authority’s web site by following the instructions for your browser below:
Internet Explorer
From the browser top menu: Select, View > Text Size > Largest.
Firefox
From the browser top menu: Select, View > Text Size > Increase.
Safari
On your keyboard, hold the “Command” key then press the “Plus sign” (i.e. +) key.
Request an Authority Document in an Alternative Format
You can request Authority created documents that are available on its web site in the following alternative formats:
- audio (mp3);
- printed (hard copy);
- large print (electronic or hard copy);
- plain text (electronic - suitable for screen readers); and
- Braille.

Submit a Verbal Submission
Submissions to the Authority do not need to be written submissions. You can make a verbal submission to the Authority by telephoning (08) 9213 1905, where an audio recording will be made of your verbal submission. If your submission is longer than the allocated recording time, please dial the number again to continue recording your submission.

If you would like to contact or provide feedback to the Authority, or lodge a formal complaint with the Authority, please complete the form on the Contact us page.
Alternatively you can: contact, or provide verbal feedback, to the Authority; or lodge a verbal complaint with the Authority, by telephoning (08) 9213 1905.
