Conditions of Contract

The Economic Regulation Authority uses the Western Australian Government's General Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Goods and/or Services. These conditions can be viewed on the Department of Treasury and Finance's web site. The conditions apply to contracts undertaken since April 2007.

The Conditions of Engagement for Consultants to the Economic Regulation Authority for contracts established prior to April 2007 were published by the Authority in April 2004.
